Why do we recommend a tank composting machine for composting?

Selection of trough turner

2, organic fertilizer manufacturers can choose the right turnover equipment according to their annual production capacity. A trough-type turner with a width of less than 4 meters is recommended. A hydraulic lifting system is recommended.
3. For the fermentation tank with no ventilation duct at the bottom, a small hole can be left every two meters below the bottom of the tank to facilitate oxygen and drainage when turning over.

Trough stacker considerations
1,For the trough type stacker with a width of 1,6 meters or less, if the whole line is turned over, it is strongly recommended to install the hydraulic drum lifting device, so as to avoid the derailment of the equipment caused by the material when the
humidity is too high.
2, in general, more than 4 meters of turning equipment, in addition to the chain plate type of throwing machine, no longer take, the overall straight line mode turn, generally forward 1~2 meters, horizontal turn, then advance 1~2 The meter, then turn it horizontally, and so on, thus greatly reducing the resistance of the overall advancement and the load-bearing capacity of the fermentation tank, and no longer uses hydraulic lifting equipment.
3. The fermentation tank suitable for the trough type turner generally has a height of 0.8~2 meters. The pile material can be turned, broken and mixed while walking on the fermenter track.
