Instructions for use:

1. This machine needs to be installed on a level ground, and gear lubricating oil needs to be added to the reducer before the first use! Heating type needs to add heat transfer oil and dock other heating devices;

2. Clean the machine to ensure that there is no sundries contaminating raw materials and sundries; when cleaning the mixing chamber, list the power-off operation;

3. Connect the power supply to the electric box, turn on the emergency stop switch, and adjust the timer value to be greater than 1; start the stirring button, check the direction of the motor, whether the machine is running abnormally, and whether it is running smoothly;

4. The heating type has a temperature control and constant temperature setting, and the temperature parameter needs to be set; the place where the heat transfer oil is added cannot be closed to facilitate the oil temperature and ventilation;

5. Turn off the stirring button after each operation is completed, and enter the preparation for feeding; close the lid after the feeding is completed, confirm whether the pressure port is fastened, and set the stirring time according to the specific gravity of different raw materials;

6. Start mixing. After mixing, open the bottom discharge device. When discharging, do not extend the body part into the mixing chamber and the inside of the discharge port;

7. Do not fill the mixing chamber with raw materials, so as not to affect the mixing quality;

8. Please turn off the power if the machine is not used for a long time;

9. If mixing materials with large differences in specific gravity, increase the mixing time appropriately.
