How to compost with cow dung?

Traditional cow manure composting is a natural way to compost without a fertilizer composting machine. It has the disadvantages of large area, slow composting, poor quality, low efficiency, high labor intensity and poor environment. Under aerobic conditions, modern aerobic composting techniques use aerobic microorganisms and composting machines to achieve stabilization and detoxification. In comparison, aerobic composting has the characteristics of simple process, low investment and low operating cost, which can kill pathogens. This is a safe, effective and reasonable method of handling cow dung.
Here, we introduce two advanced methods for composting cow dung aerobic compost.

Turning-machine

1) Mobile dumping machine composting
The mobile tumbling machine effectively mixes the viscous material with the microbial preparation and the straw powder. Created a better aerobic environment for material fermentation. Under loose material properties, the material deodorizes
within 7-12 hours, heats up in one day, begins to dry in three days, and becomes fat in five to seven days. It is not only faster than deep tank fermentation, but also effectively prevents hydrogen sulfide during fermentation. The production of harmful and odorous gases, such as amines and hydrazines, meets environmental requirements and produces good bio-organic fertilizers.

2) Solid-liquid separator
The solid-liquid separator uses a pump to pull fresh manure and cow dung into the dewatering equipment. The material is pressed through the screen and then pressed by the screw. The rotation speed of the machine can reach 45r / min. In the case of high screen pressure and high speed, organic The fat-solid liquid separator dehydrates the material, and after passing through the screen, the water enters the pool through the screen, and the moisture content in the feces is less than 30-35%. The final product solid fertilizer can be used directly as a fertilizer.

3) Grooved compost
With the help of a forklift, organic matter is accumulated in the fermenter. A suitable fermenter is 1.0-1.3 meters high, 6 meters wide and 50-100 meters long. You can determine the shape of the compost based on the ground space of the cattle farm and the shape of the plot. With the grooved fermentation technology, continuous fermentation can be realized, that is, the material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. At the same time, it can achieve different batches of whole grain fermentation. Use a grooved composting machine to mix and rotate materials and increase oxygen. The material is ventilated, oxygenated and ventilated through pipes. Cow manure organic fertilizer production can be processed in any season.
