Working principle of disc granulator:

The disc granulator uses the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the aerodynamic force generated by it to make the fine powder material continuously be mixed, granulated, spheroidized and densified in the machine to achieve the purpose of granulation. The pellet shape of the disc granulator is spherical, the sphericity is ≥ 0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3-3 mm, and the granulation rate is ≥ 90%. The size of the particle diameter can be appropriately adjusted by the amount of material mixing and the spindle speed. The lower the mixing amount, the higher the rotation speed, and the smaller the particles, and vice versa.
