Introduction and Composition of Liquid Fertilizer Production Line

Liquid fertilizer production line is used to produce liquid fertilizer, which is divided into two kinds according to different raw materials: trace element liquid fertilizer production line and organic liquid fertilizer production line.

The equipment of Trace Element Liquid Fertilizer Production Line mainly includes bucket elevator macromolecule mixing and reaction tank, mixing and reaction tank, additive mixing tank, storage tank and automatic filling machine.

The equipment of organic liquid fertilizer production line mainly includes fermentation tank, mixing tank, filtration system and automatic filling machine.

I. Trace Element Liquid Fertilizer Production Line

Trace element liquid fertilizer production line is mainly used to produce liquid fertilizer containing boron, zinc, copper, manganese, and other trace elements. The products are widely used in fruit trees, vegetables, and cash crops, which can effectively improve the soil nutrient structure and crop quality.

Core equipment and function

Dissolving kettle
Material: 316L stainless steel with corrosion resistance.
Function: Rapidly dissolve zinc sulfate, boric acid and other raw materials through heating and stirring to ensure the liquid is uniform and stable.

Macromolecule mixing reaction tank, additive reaction tank
Material: 316L stainless steel, with corrosion resistance
Function: It can mix all kinds of trace elements in the solution evenly and produce corresponding chemical reaction to achieve the desired effect.

Filtration system
Precision filter with a pore size of ≤5 μm can effectively remove suspended particles and ensure the liquid is clear and transparent.

Homogenizer
Function: homogenize the molecular structure of the liquid to avoid the product from stratification or precipitation.

Automatic Filling Machine
Capacity: 500-1000 bottles/hour.
Characteristics: Can fill 500 mL to 20 L specification bottles or barrels of liquid fertilizer according to customers’ needs.

II. Organic Liquid Fertilizer Production Line

Organic liquid fertilizer production line takes animal manure, biogas, and plant residues as raw materials to produce liquid fertilizer rich in organic matter, microbial bacterial agents, and medium and trace elements. This kind of fertilizer not only improves soil fertility, but also reduces the use of chemical fertilizers and protects the ecological environment.

Core equipment and function

Drum fermenter
Function: High-temperature fermentation (50℃-60℃) of raw materials to thoroughly decompose organic matter and kill germs and insect eggs.
Features: Equipped with automatic oxygen supply system to ensure stable oxygen concentration and improve fermentation efficiency.

Solid-liquid separator
Function: Separate the solid residue and liquid fertilizer after fermentation with high efficiency, and the solid content of liquid is ≤5%.

Precision Filtration System
Multi-layer filtration to remove tiny impurities, with pore size ranging from 50 μm to 5 μm, ensuring the clarity and stability of liquid fertilizer.

Mixing tank
Equipped with automatic measuring device, it can add microbial fungicide and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient regulator to ensure scientific and reasonable product formulation.

Filling equipment
Production capacity: 300-800 barrels/hour, supporting multi-size barrels (1 L, 5 L, 20 L, etc.).
Features: strong sealing to avoid leakage during transportation.
